First order from IcyDicy went smooth, delivery within 4 days. However, on my second order he has been dragging his ass. I had to message him a reminder to ship my pack and I still haven't gotten a response. Going on 5 days now. In looking at his reviews, apparently he messes with the auto finalize timer to fuck people out of being able to dispute.

Should I just dispute now so I don't get fucked on the AF timer manipulation?

Why do vendors do this? Is it just laziness with a sprinkle of malice?
